History

Strive Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated chef-driven restaurant group that includes three unique brands: Preserved, Smoked., and Chop Shop. Preserved, an upscale authentic southern cuisine restaurant, opened in 2016. Two years later, it was followed by the relaunch of Smoked., a casual southern BBQ joint. Then, in 2019, artisan butcher shop Chop Shop opened, offering access to the best meat that was raised with pride and passion. At Strive Restaurant Group, our team proudly focuses on highlighting regional ingredients through classic French cooking merged with southern hospitality.
